Agreement
By downloading or using Billable Recall, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with Apple's mandatory terms, Apple's terms control to the extent of that conflict.
The service
Billable Recall helps you track work time, review calendar-derived recovery suggestions, maintain a billing ledger, and export records. Suggestions and calculated values are productivity aids. You remain responsible for reviewing every entry and deciding what is accurate and billable.
Subscriptions
Billable Recall offers optional auto-renewable monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The price and billing period shown in the purchase sheet apply at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Refund requests and payment disputes are handled under Apple's policies.
If Pro access ends, your existing records remain available. Features that exceed the current Free plan limits may be restricted until Pro access is restored.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use Billable Recall lawfully, keep your devices and Apple Account secure, verify your records before invoicing or reporting them, and maintain any backup or export appropriate for your needs. You may not attempt to disrupt the app, bypass subscription controls, or use the app to create fraudulent billing records.
Billing, tax, and professional records
Billable Recall is not accounting, tax, legal, payroll, or financial advice. It does not issue invoices or guarantee that a time entry is legally billable. You are responsible for contracts, client approval, invoices, taxes, retention requirements, and the accuracy of exported data.
Availability and changes
Features may depend on iCloud, Calendar, Apple Watch connectivity, App Store services, and compatible Apple software. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted synchronization or availability.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billable Recall is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cole Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost billing opportunities, lost data, or business interruption resulting from use of the app. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using Billable Recall at any time. We may restrict access where required by law, Apple policy, security concerns, or material violation of these terms. Subscription cancellation is managed through Apple and does not automatically delete local or iCloud data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region.
